Job Overview:
The Director, P&C Operations is a pivotal member of the People & Culture (P&C) Senior Leadership Team, tasked with integrating global P&C operations and shared service delivery. This role is essential in aligning the IRC's employee processes with its strategic goals, ensuring a cohesive and synchronized approach across all global units. The Director will lead a team responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation, and will collaborate with various stakeholders, including P&C leaders and IT teams, to enhance the employee experience. The position requires a strategic mindset to develop and implement a multi-faceted global workforce support strategy that enhances operational efficiency and data security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security while preparing the organization for future trends, such as the implementation of global HRIS systems. The Director will also play a crucial role in the transition to a scalable P&C Shared Services model, ensuring effective change management and sustained adoption at all levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director will oversee the P&C Operations unit, which includes HR Operations, P&C Operations Transformation & Digital Delivery, and Global Contracts. Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity and compliance across all employment activities, aligning IRC’s Strategy 100 priorities with P&C processes, and partnering in the strategic planning and deployment of Workday across global offices. The Director will also be responsible for enhancing client service and resolving P&C inquiries, leading a diverse team of approximately 17 staff, and collaborating with IT to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive workforce data. Additionally, the Director will manage relationships with P&C technology vendors and solutions to drive automation and efficiency across global P&C systems.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in systems administration functions such as compensation, benefits, and payroll. They should have at least 5 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams in complex, global environments. Experience in leading the global deployment and integration of Workday in a large user environment is essential, along with substantial experience in shared services. Excellent management and leadership skills, including coaching and performance management, are required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and have superb interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across diverse cultures and departments.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant professional certification (such as SHRM or HRCI) is preferred, as it demonstrates a higher level of expertise and commitment to the field of human resources.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR operations, particularly in managing systems and processes that support employee lifecycle management. They should have a proven track record of leading large teams and successfully implementing HR technology solutions, particularly Workday, in a global context. Experience in shared services and process optimization is also critical for this role.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication within the organization. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly those relevant to the IRC's operational regions, is considered a valuable asset and may enhance a candidate's profile.
