Job Overview:
The UN Volunteer will be integrated into the Marketing Services area of UNICEF Brazil, specifically focusing on high-value donors. This role is crucial for supporting the creative production of partnership reports and presentations, which are essential for maintaining and strengthening relationships with donors and partners. The volunteer will work closely with various teams, including the Marketing Services Officer and the Creative Producer Expert, to ensure that all communication materials are of high quality and effectively convey the impact of UNICEF's work. The position requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to produce engaging narratives that highlight the importance of investing in children's futures. The volunteer will also be responsible for maintaining a database of media related to partnership reports, ensuring that all materials are organized and accessible for future use.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The UN Volunteer will undertake a variety of tasks, including supporting the development of graphic designs for partnership reports and presentations, producing high-quality partnership reports by collecting and combining visibility materials, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of a media database that includes photos and videos. Additionally, the volunteer will support the development of other report-related materials as requested, ensuring that all outputs meet UNICEF's standards for quality and effectiveness. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure that all reports accurately reflect the impact of UNICEF's initiatives and are tailored to the needs of high-value donors.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of UNICEF's mission and values, particularly in relation to children's rights and social impact. The role requires proficiency in graphic design and content production, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as the volunteer will be managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Educational Background:

Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an advantage, particularly Spanish, given the regional context.

This is a national UN Volunteer assignment based in Brasilia, Brazil. The volunteer will be responsible for arranging their own housing and living essentials. The position is full-time, and the living conditions in Brasilia are generally good, with access to health services and a variety of accommodation options.
