Job Overview: The Private Sector Partnership (PSP) Associate will play a vital role in the migration of UNHCR's current database to Salesforce, which is essential for managing donor relationships and fundraising activities. This position requires expertise in database management, particularly in the context of fundraising and donor engagement. The PSP Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data during the migration process, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing training and documentation for users of the new system. The role also involves ongoing database administration, including processing donations, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the enhancement of the database to meet the evolving needs of the organization. The PSP Associate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the database effectively supports fundraising efforts and contributes to the overall mission of UNHCR.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the PSP Associate include supporting the migration of data from the legacy system to Salesforce, monitoring data consistency, performing user acceptance tests, and conducting regular data administration tasks. The Associate will process monthly donation transactions, maintain data feeds, and ensure compliance with data protection laws. Additionally, the role involves creating performance dashboards and reports, analyzing payment approval rates, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The PSP Associate will also manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assist in project management tasks, and undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data management and reporting.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT system management, Information Systems Management, or a related field being desirable. A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required for those with a high school diploma, while candidates with a Bachelor’s degree should have at least two years of experience. Experience in database management, payment management, or IT system management is essential, particularly in relation to donor or membership databases. Proven experience in a fundraising or sales environment, managing donor records within a CRM system, and familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Key competencies include proficiency in written and spoken Indonesian and English, knowledge of CRM systems, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes completion of a high school diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT system management, Information Systems Management, or a related field being preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of database management principles and practices, as well as relevant coursework or certifications in related areas.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of three years of relevant work experience for candidates with a high school diploma, or two years of experience for those with a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience should be directly related to database management, payment management, or IT system management, with a focus on donor or membership database management. Candidates should also have experience in fundraising or sales environments, particularly in managing donor/customer care and data processing.
Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken Indonesian and English is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not required. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and present information clearly in both languages.
Additional Notes: This position is classified as a UNOPS LICA-6 level role and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The initial contract duration is until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension subject to funding availability. The annual salary starts from IDR 338,795,00
The role is full-time and requires a commitment to the values and principles of UNHCR, including a zero-tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, and discrimination. The position does not require functional clearance and is not remote.
