Key responsibilities include structuring complex transactions, selecting and managing external law firms, drafting and negotiating various transaction documents, and assisting with the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. The Counsel will also contribute to the knowledge management initiatives within OGC and support EBRD's policy mandate in equity operations, ensuring adherence to environmental and other policy requirements.
