Job Overview: The position of Responsable de la stratégie IA is a newly created role aimed at implementing HI's AI strategy by managing projects aligned with the organization's objectives. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to recommend the best technologies, develop solutions tailored to business needs, and ensure their production deployment. Additionally, the role involves supporting teams in adopting tools and contributing to the dissemination of a responsible and innovative AI culture. The candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the AI strategy and ensuring its effective execution within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Responsable de la stratégie IA include:
Strategy and Management: Contributing to the development of HI's AI strategy, monitoring defined AI projects, and reporting progress to management and steering committees.
Standards and Expertise: Conducting continuous technological monitoring related to AI, analyzing and testing models, tools, and platforms based on HI's needs, and formulating recommendations for the most relevant technological choices.
Operational Implementation: Participating in the identification and understanding of business needs related to AI, conducting preliminary studies to qualify needs, evaluating technical options, and escalating issues to the AI steering committee for arbitration. For selected projects, deepening analysis and assisting in drafting specifications. Identifying technical solutions that meet needs, setting up the necessary technical environment, and either developing tools directly or managing a service provider. Ensuring the transition of projects into production and transferring skills to the support team for ongoing operations. Supporting users during deployment until the solution is fully integrated and evaluating projects to provide feedback.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the IT sector, with at least 2 years focused on AI-related topics. Experience in NGOs is a plus. Proficiency in various AI tools, particularly LLMs, and the ability to develop applications that incorporate these tools are essential. Strong communication skills are required to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as to facilitate working groups.
Educational Background: A relevant educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or data science would be advantageous.
Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector, with at least 2 years specifically related to AI. Experience in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) would be beneficial, providing insight into the unique challenges and needs of such environments.
Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required for this position, as effective communication in both languages is essential for collaboration and project management.
Additional Notes: This is a permanent contract (CDI) position available as soon as possible.
