Job Overview:
The internship-position" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">internship position focuses on community management, working closely with the Community Manager to enhance the visibility of Humanité & Inclusion on social media platforms. The intern will be responsible for responding to community inquiries, identifying and engaging with relevant communities and affinity groups, and creating diverse content. Additionally, the intern will analyze community engagement activities and contribute to the development of dashboards to track performance. The role requires active participation in all aspects of community management, including moderation, content creation (text, video, images), and the publication of content through a centralized tool (Agorapulse). The intern will also be involved in identifying trends, conducting benchmarks, and contributing to marketing influence projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to community inquiries and moderate interactions on social media platforms.
  • Create various types of content, including text, videos, and images.
  • Publish content on different platforms using a centralized tool (Agorapulse).
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement activities and contribute to performance dashboards.
  • Participate in identifying trends, conducting market research, and supporting marketing influence projects.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to implement community management strategies effectively.
  • Engage with communities and affinity groups related to the organization's activities.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the organization's mission and values.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in a university or school specializing in communication, digital communication, visual communication, political science, international relations, or a related field. They should possess strong communication and writing skills, with experience in creating video, visual, and written content. A versatile and technically skilled individual with a keen interest in digital content trends and social media platforms (such as Instagram and TikTok) is preferred. Candidates should also have a detail-oriented mindset and a graphic sensitivity, with knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, XD, Premiere, etc.) and publishing tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Agorapulse. Passion, involvement, rigor, autonomy, and initiative are essential traits for this role. Excellent grammatical skills and knowledge of typographic rules in French, along with proficiency in English, are mandatory.

Educational Background:
A background in communication, digital communication, visual communication, political science, international relations, or a similar field is required. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an educational institution that can provide an internship agreement, which is mandatory for this position.

Experience:
While specific prior experience is not explicitly required, candidates should demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge in communication and community management. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is highly advantageous.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, with excellent grammatical skills and knowledge of typographic rules. Proficiency in English is also required, as it may be necessary for communication within the organization and with international partners. Additional language skills would be considered a plus.

Additional Notes:
The internship offers a monthly stipend of €669.90, along with meal vouchers valued at €8.96 (60% covered by the employer, 40% by the intern). There is a 50% contribution to transportation costs.
