Job Overview:
The position of Chargé de Marketing Senior is crucial within the marketing team, which consists of 5 members and generates a revenue of 35.2 K€. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, performance tracking, and analysis of approximately 50 marketing campaigns annually. This role requires ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the ethical standards of Handicap International. The candidate will work across various marketing channels, primarily direct mail, digital marketing (email), mass media (TV, radio, press), and telephone, while also overseeing the creation of various materials (videos, web pages, social media posts, brochures) in collaboration with internal services and external agencies. The position demands a strategic mindset to contribute to briefing, targeting, and strategy formulation, as well as the ability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Design: Contribute to briefing, targeting, and strategy development. Analyze multiple strategic options to facilitate decision-making.
  • Campaign Deployment: Propose solicitation cycles and schedules, ensuring adherence by involving internal and external contributors at each stage. Create messages in collaboration with relevant experts, including direct marketing agencies, digital teams, communication teams, and telemarketing providers. Manage targeting requests and ensure data accuracy before delivering files to external providers. Review and verify information to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and personalization notes.
  • Campaign Analysis: Utilize available reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like PowerBi and Excel. Complete monthly activity tracking tools with actual performance and provide forecasts. Analyze campaign results and A/B test outcomes to derive actionable recommendations. Reassess targeting strategies based on results.
  • Administrative Follow-up: Oversee budget and contract management with agencies, including invoice verification against quotes, financial reporting per campaign, and participation in tender processes.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a higher education degree in marketing and have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in direct marketing. Proficiency in Excel and database tools is essential. A strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking is required, along with high-quality writing skills and effective oral communication. Candidates should demonstrate rigor, solid statistical analysis skills, creativity, proactivity, and organizational abilities. Being a team player is crucial, and proficiency in English is considered an asset.

Educational Background:
A higher education degree in marketing or a related field is required for this position. This educational background should provide a solid foundation in marketing principles, strategies, and practices, equipping the candidate with the necessary skills to excel in the role.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in direct marketing is required. This experience should include hands-on involvement in campaign design, execution, analysis, and budget management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of marketing processes and performance metrics.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in English is considered a plus, enhancing communication capabilities within the international context of the organization.

The position is a permanent contract (CDI) available as soon as possible. The role is classified as a managerial position, offering 34 days of paid leave and 13 additional days off per year, along with the existence of a CET (time savings account) to help balance work and personal life.
