Job Overview:
The internship-position" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">internship position is situated within the Human Resources Department, specifically in the International Movements Office (BDDi). The intern will provide support in organizing and managing the administrative aspects of international staff departures and returns during missions in intervention countries. This role is crucial, especially for emergency responses, and involves working on transversal projects for the team. The intern will gain valuable experience in the field of international solidarity and human resources management, contributing to the overall mission of Handicap International.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support in organizing international staff departures and returns: Initiate visa application processes, book flights and train tickets, arrange accommodation and transport in Lyon, manage per diem allocations, and organize briefings and debriefings for expatriates. Monitor the medical pathways of international staff and send departure information related to field missions.
  • Provide administrative support for international staff on mission: At the time of hiring, compile administrative files for international staff in collaboration with the HR department and Social Management. Maintain administrative oversight of international staff on mission, including tracking renewals such as mission orders and contract amendments. Manage reimbursement requests from international personnel.
  • Assist in internal communication: Design presentations for a new transport ticket reservation tool and write articles for the intranet regarding service updates.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a DUT, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in general fields such as law, commerce, administrative management, human resources, or humanitarian studies. They should demonstrate curiosity and a desire to gain experience in international solidarity. The ideal candidate will exhibit rigor, organizational skills, and versatility, enabling them to handle multiple pieces of information simultaneously. A passion for working in an intercultural context is essential, along with proficiency in both French and professional English. Educational Background:
A DUT, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in relevant fields such as law, commerce, administrative management, human resources, or humanitarian studies is required for this position.
