Job Overview:
The position involves working within a team of 8 individuals, focusing on the accounting follow-up of various activities and participating in semi-annual and annual closing operations. The ideal candidate is a flexible accountant who can adapt to a changing environment. Responsibilities include ensuring proper account management, identifying and justifying entries, ensuring compliance with accounting processes, and producing summary tables for auditors. The role also requires collaboration with National Associations (AN) on accounting matters, creating and evolving revision files, and contributing to the development of accounting tools and procedures. The candidate will also participate in various service projects and maintain team spirit.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper account management: - Clear suspense accounts by identifying entries to reconcile, obtaining justifications, or proposing adjustments to responsible parties. - Ensure compliance with all accounting processes through consistency checks. - Perform adjustments and corrections to entries as needed. - Justify all accounts of National Associations. - Produce summary tables and justify accounting data to auditors. - Calculate and record provisions, and reverse them as necessary. - Record legacies according to local accounting rules. - Account for payroll entries and ensure their justification.
  • Act as a liaison with National Associations: - Serve as the primary contact for AN on accounting issues. - Regularly communicate with the Financial Controller to ensure that general and analytical accounting meets the association's management needs. - Create or evolve revision files and control methods to manage risks effectively. - Implement risk prevention mechanisms. - Provide recommendations to improve internal control within AN. - Support AN in enhancing their technical skills in accounting through on-site missions. - Contribute to various projects impacting the service and the evolution of accounting tools and procedures.
  • Participate in various service projects: - Contribute to the evolution of professional practices while maintaining team spirit.

Required Qualifications:
The candidate must demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in an accounting service, preferably in a firm. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel, is essential, along with familiarity with accounting software, with experience in NAVISION being a plus. The candidate should be reactive, rigorous, and possess good interpersonal skills. Proactivity and comfort in a changing environment are also important. A technical level of English (B1) is required.

Educational Background:
