Duties and Responsibilities: Volunteers in this position will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the success of PROSDOMA’s mission. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and compiling a comprehensive list of relevant funding opportunities from government bodies, UN agencies, foundations, and NGOs that align with PROSDOMA’s objectives.
Drafting customized grant and fundraising proposals or concept notes based on project briefs and organizational data.
Preparing supporting documents such as budgets, cover letters, and organizational profiles to accompany grant applications.
Collaborating closely with PROSDOMA’s Project Coordinator to ensure that all proposals are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Participating in regular Zoom meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize on fundraising efforts.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, as volunteers will not be allowed to solicit funds from third parties or communicate directly with them.
