They will conduct filming in various locations across Chad, selected for their diverse contexts, including urban, rural, and refugee camp settings. The production will involve interviews with survivors (with psychological support if necessary), activists, community leaders, institutional representatives, and civil society organizations. Additionally, the team will interview stakeholders engaged in combating GBV to gather recommendations and strategies for effective action against these crimes in Chad. The documentary must include visual elements such as images and animated infographics to enhance the message's impact. Professional narration in French and local Arabic is required, along with French subtitles. The production must adhere strictly to confidentiality, ethical standards, and the protection of vulnerable individuals.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience of at least five years in producing social or development documentaries. They should have expertise in creating sensitive videos related to human rights, gender issues, and social problems. A professional team is required, including a director, cameraman, sound engineer, editor, and possibly a graphic animation specialist. Knowledge of the Chadian or Sahelian context is a significant advantage. Additionally, a signed consent form for each participant featured in the documentary is mandatory.
