Job Overview:
The position is for an apprenticeship as a Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement, which is a modern vocational training program focusing on digital management and IT-related tasks. The apprenticeship is designed to last three years, starting in August 2026, with the possibility of shortening it to 2.5 years based on individual performance and qualifications. The training will take place in Bonn, with classes held at the Friedrich-List-Berufskolleg. The role involves engaging in various IT and digitalization projects, managing IT-related tasks, and performing commercial activities such as procurement and IT controlling. The program also includes practical training phases in different departments, including IT, commercial, and human resources, with opportunities for international assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As an apprentice, you will be responsible for organizing and processing IT-related tasks, participating in digitalization projects, and handling commercial activities. Your duties will include assisting in the procurement of IT equipment, managing IT controlling processes, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. You will also participate in introductory training days, engage in multiple placements within the organization, and potentially undertake an international assignment at one of GIZ's country offices. Additionally, you will attend internal training sessions on IT topics and preparation courses for the IHK exams, ensuring you are well-prepared for your future career.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a good secondary school diploma (mittlere Reife), Fachhochschulreife, or Abitur. A strong interest in information technology and commercial topics is essential, along with good logical reasoning skills and numerical understanding. Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate in the workplace and participate in training sessions.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a good completion of secondary education, which can be a middle school diploma, a technical college entrance qualification, or the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur). Experience:
