Job Overview: The Deputy Head of Mission (DHoM) plays a crucial role in the OSCE Mission to Moldova, acting under the direct supervision of the Head of Mission (HoM). Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a second-level university degree in political sciences, public or international law, international relations, or a related field. Alternatively, a first-level university degree combined with two years of additional qualifying experience may be accepted. Furthermore, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
