Job Overview:
As a Basic Needs Project Manager, you will report to the Area Manager and play a crucial role in implementing the mandate and 10-year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion in Sudan. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of the project, ensuring optimal quality and impact through a delegation system with appropriate oversight mechanisms. You will collaborate with other HI managers to ensure sound management and effective functioning of the organization. This position is particularly important as HI scales up its response to the ongoing crisis in Sudan, focusing on basic needs activities such as WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">food security through cash assistance. You will also be involved in assessing other sectors and contributing to a multisectoral project in Al Jazeera State starting in July 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The salary starts at 2,450 € gross per month, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a per diem of 858 € net per month while in the field, a hardship allowance of 500 € net per month, 25 days of paid leave per year, and 5 days of rest and recuperation every 8 weeks.
