Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and supervise the fund transfer process, ensuring all necessary documents are in order according to partner PIA Financial Reporting.
Engage in capacity building for partners and participate in relevant meetings.
Conduct the auditing process to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Request necessary approvals for fund transfers and submit them to the Country Office finance team.
Follow up with partners regarding the conditions of fund receipt after transferring funds, addressing any issues such as pending transfers at transit banks.
Collect acknowledgment receipts for respective fund transfers to ensure proper documentation.
Complete the Southeast (SE) partner payment tracker, documenting fund receipt conditions and acknowledgment receipt dates.
File complete fund transfer packages into the MM filing tree according to the respective partner's requirements.
