Job Overview:
The position of Consultant for the Development of the Inclusive Agriculture Transformation (IAT) Portal is a critical role within the Development Strategy and Governance Division of IFPRI, located in New Delhi. The consultant will also be responsible for ensuring the portal's compatibility with existing government platforms and providing training and technical assistance to IFPRI and DAFE staff throughout the project duration.

The consultant will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including but not limited to: improving the existing portal with multiple functionalities, ensuring user-friendliness, and compatibility with existing government portals such as Krushak Odisha and ADAPT Portal. The consultant will facilitate API integration with these portals to enable data updates from primary and secondary sources. They will also be responsible for sharing website development codes with the IFPRI team and providing ongoing support for the portal's maintenance until October 202

• Additionally, the consultant will conduct meetings with IFPRI staff to provide technical support and ensure the portal meets the required standards for data management, user experience, and cybersecurity. The consultant will also document workflows, create training materials, and assist in user training for IFPRI and DAFE staff.
