Job Overview:

This role involves strategic planning and decision-making related to IT major incident management and third-party IT risk management. The officer will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and leadership vision for these areas, ensuring alignment with ADB's overall IT resilience program and risk appetite. The position requires continuous monitoring of compliance with established standards and policies, as well as the development and operation of a comprehensive framework for managing IT incidents and third-party risks. The officer will also oversee junior team members and collaborate with various ITD teams to implement technology strategies that support ADB's mission and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior IT Officer will lead the development and execution of ADB's major IT incident management and third-party IT risk management framework. Key responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise on these processes, designing and overseeing awareness programs for staff and partners, and ensuring compliance with established security baselines. The officer will also propose changes to policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves developing a security program that addresses identified risks, managing budget projections, and performing other tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications:
