Job Overview: The director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Country Director (CD) is responsible for proposing and implementing a regional strategy that aligns with the geopolitical and humanitarian context. Duties and Responsibilities: The Country Director will be tasked with the following duties and responsibilities:
Develop and propose a regional strategy based on the geopolitical and humanitarian context.
Ensure the implementation of the strategy once validated.
Oversee project execution in compliance with the Solidarités International charter and internal procedures.
Mobilize material and financial resources necessary for program operations.
Supervise resource management and ensure efficient allocation.
Coordinate and manage teams in the assigned zone, ensuring their security.
Address challenges related to unpredictable funding streams and adapt to changes in the operational environment.
Engage in humanitarian coordination at both strategic and technical levels with relevant stakeholders and donors.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the humanitarian sector.
At least 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proven experience in managing multi-department teams.
Strong understanding of sub-office management, including financial, HR, logistics, and project cycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Organizational efficiency and strategic prioritization skills.
Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work in diverse cultural contexts.
Educational Background: The position requires a relevant educational background, typically a degree in humanitarian studies, international relations, or a related field.
