The candidate will coordinate the monthly TRACES exercise, ensuring accuracy and compliance with donor chargeback requirements, and provide staff training on TRACES and donor charging policies. Additionally, the role involves managing year-end accruals for travel, benefits, and other expenses in collaboration with FIN and STA divisions. The successful candidate will assist with budget management for STA seminars/workshops and oversee the interpretation/translation budget. They will support the preparation of STA’s medium-term budget and budget analytics for departmental planning and quarterly management reporting. Monitoring petty cash usage and P-card expenditures, ensuring compliance with Fund guidelines, is also part of the responsibilities.
