Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing teams and projects in a complex environment. Candidates should demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as a commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Educational Background:
A master's degree in international development, public administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in project management or humanitarian response are advantageous.

Experience:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the humanitarian or development sector is required. Experience working in Burkina Faso or similar contexts is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of local challenges and opportunities.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as it is the official language of Burkina Faso. Proficiency in English is highly desirable, and knowledge of local languages would be an asset.
