Job Overview:
The intern position within the Multidisciplinary Priorities Section (MDP) of the Air Navigation Bureau (ANB) at ICAO is designed to support the organization of the ICAO Innovation Fair 202

• The intern will work under the supervision of the Chief of MDP and will be involved in various outreach and promotional activities associated with the event. This role is pivotal as it contributes to the coordination of multi-disciplinary priorities, including Commercial Space Transport and Higher Airspace Operations. The intern will assist in the preparation of materials, design visuals, update content on ICAO's public website, and conduct research on innovation in aviation. Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including: assisting in the preparation of the ICAO Innovation Fair 2025 and related activities; designing visuals and outreach materials; updating ICAO's public website content and other platforms related to innovation; drafting scripts, speeches, talking points, presentations, and other materials; conducting research on the latest data and best practices in aviation innovation; preparing reports and meeting minutes as required; supporting coordination activities with internal and external stakeholders; and performing other related duties as assigned. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed or be enrolled in a graduate degree program (second-level university degree or higher) in a field related to aviation, aerospace engineering, marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing, or international affairs. For applicants from educational systems where higher education is not divided into undergraduate and graduate stages, a minimum of four years of full-time university studies or equivalent towards a degree is required. Additional Notes:
This internship is unpaid, and all costs related to travel, insurance, accommodation, and living expenses must be covered by the intern. The duration of the internship ranges from two to six months, with the expectation that the intern will work full-time, five days a week. Interns are not permitted to engage in any other form of employment within ICAO during their internship period and are ineligible to apply for or be appointed to any post within the Secretariat or for any other remunerated employment with ICAO for six months following the end of their internship. Additionally, candidates may require a work permit to intern in Canada.
