Job Overview: The role of the Registration Assistant is to support the daily implementation of the project. This position requires a specialist in data collection, where the assistant will gather data or information as part of surveys or assessments, adhering to quality standards. The Registration Assistant is expected to be an expert in their field and may also serve as a trainer if daily workers are recruited to assist with registrations. The assistant will ensure compliance with NRC policies, tools, manuals, and guidelines, and will independently implement procedures and activities within their functional area according to delegated responsibilities. The role involves taking initiative to solve daily problems in line with agreed procedures, priorities, and standards for the work area. The assistant will prepare and develop situation reports as required by management and ensure proper filing of documents. Participation in the preparatory phase of registration and facilitating community meetings for the selection of guides and complaint management committees is also expected, ensuring representation from all community layers during selection. The assistant will guide respondents throughout the questionnaire process, validating their understanding of questions and answers while maintaining neutrality. Data entry into forms and questionnaires is a key responsibility, along with the care of the tools provided for work. The role requires readiness and capability to travel and work regularly in the field, outside of the office.

Independently implement procedures and activities within their own function or core competencies as per delegation.
