Additionally, they will participate in job classification and organizational design projects, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are adhered to. Administrative tasks will constitute 10-20% of the intern's time, which may include data entry, maintaining HR databases, and preparing reports. Interns will have the chance to collaborate with HR specialists on various projects, gaining insights into HR policy formulation and implementation.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a master's or doctoral program in fields such as Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related areas. A practical knowledge of English, both oral and written, is mandatory. Additional Notes: The internship contract will last between 3 to 6 months, starting on either the 1st or 15th of the month. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of 2450 CHF, unless they are funded by another institution, in which case the ILO will cover the difference to ensure the stipend remains at 2450 CHF. Interns will also receive a monthly contribution of 45 CHF towards medical insurance expenses. Candidates from underrepresented member states may be eligible for financial assistance for travel expenses to Geneva. It is important to note that the ILO does not cover any costs incurred during the internship related to accidents or illnesses, and interns are required to have personal health and accident insurance valid throughout their internship period.
