Proficiency in English is also highly desirable, as it will facilitate communication with international stakeholders and partners. Knowledge of local languages would be an asset.

Additional Notes:
This position is for an individual contractor and is expected to be a full-time engagement for the duration of the project formulation process. The contract duration will be specified in the project proposal and may be subject to extension based on project needs and funding availability.
