Job Overview:
The position of Analista técnico(a) de Comunicação is integral to the expansion of the Justiça 4.0 program, which is one of the largest digital transformation initiatives in the judiciary worldwide. Launched in 2020 through a cooperation agreement between the National Justice Council (CNJ) and UNDP, the program aims to develop and enhance technological solutions to make Brazilian justice services more efficient, effective, and accessible to the public. The role involves developing and implementing the overall communication and advocacy strategy for the program, closely aligned with the project's objectives and institutional goals of CNJ and UNDP. The analyst will coordinate the production of multi-platform content and supervise the monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of actions, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards in deliverables. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a commitment to the principles of the program, including the Sustainable Development Goals and the UN's 2030 Agenda.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analista técnico(a) de Comunicação will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Develop the overall communication and advocacy strategy for the Justiça 4.0 program in close alignment with project implementation objectives.
  • Supervise the mapping of communication and advocacy demands and opportunities, focusing on achieving the project's expected results, and prepare a detailed plan and schedule for related actions.
  • Coordinate relationships with the press and conduct prospective media content monitoring to strengthen the project's narrative and positioning, including semi-annual monitoring of results and proposing adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee the creation of content for disseminating project initiatives across various communication channels, including news articles, press releases, social media materials, and email marketing.
  • Optimize communication flows between project teams and coordinate the development of information management and internal/external communication products, such as newsletters and clippings.
  • Monitor project activities and demands, identifying key information for dissemination to partners, the press, and colleagues.
  • Systematize results and best practices developed within the project in a format accessible to the general public.
  • Perform other functions within the functional profile deemed necessary for the project's smooth operation.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in the fields of Human Sciences, Social Sciences, Communication Sciences, or Public Management. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in these areas combined with two additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of an advanced degree. Candidates with an advanced degree do not require prior professional experience, while those with a bachelor's degree must have at least two years of experience in coordination" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">communication coordination, particularly in information technology projects, digital transformation, and innovation.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in relevant fields such as Human Sciences, Social Sciences, Communication Sciences, or Public Management. A bachelor's degree in these areas, combined with two years of additional relevant experience, will also be considered acceptable. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of communication within the context of digital transformation and public sector initiatives.

Experience:
The level of experience required for this position varies based on educational qualifications. Candidates with an advanced university degree do not need prior professional experience. However, candidates with a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in communication coordination, particularly in projects related to information technology, digital transformation, and innovation. This experience should demonstrate the ability to manage communication strategies effectively and engage with various stakeholders.

Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory for this position. Additionally, intermediate knowledge of English will be considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage in international contexts and collaborate with diverse teams.
