Job Overview:
The Digital Archives Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting electronic records and archives management within UNESCO's Secretariat. Reporting to the Chief Information and Technology Officer and the Head of Unit (Chief Archivist), the assistant is responsible for implementing and monitoring the organization's electronic records and archives management systems. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Digital Archives Assistant's responsibilities include implementing and monitoring UNESCO's electronic records and archives management systems, providing records management guidance and training to personnel, managing the UNESCO Web Archive, and overseeing the UNESCO Emails Archive.
