Job Overview:
The position of Consultant for the Regulatory Authority Information System (RAIS) involves acting as a technical expert to assist Member States in managing their regulatory control programs in accordance with IAEA Safety Standards.   • Develop a comprehensive strategy for data migration from existing versions of RAIS or similar systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
  • Execute the data migration process, ensuring accurate and complete transfer of data.
  • Develop and deliver training on the effective use of RAIS, creating training materials and user manuals as needed.
  • Provide expert advice to Agency Technical Officers and Member State Regulatory Bodies regarding further customization of RAIS based on identified needs.
  • Offer consultation on the effective utilization of RAIS features to ensure optimal alignment with regulatory processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • A university degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in roles related to database development and data management.
  • Demonstrated experience in the installation, configuration, and data migration for RAIS or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for data and information analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials and manuals, as well as delivering training sessions.

Educational Background:
