Job Overview:
The Programme Assistant position is designed to support the organization's various programs and initiatives. The role involves assisting in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects aimed at achieving the organization's goals. The Programme Assistant will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events related to program implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of program activities, collecting and analyzing data as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely information sharing.
  • Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for program activities.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and presentations for program initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Languages:
