Job Overview:
The Head of Logistics Department will oversee all logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage logistics processes, optimize supply chain performance, and lead a team of logistics professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing logistics strategies that align with the organization's goals, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Oversee the management of logistics staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding logistics and transportation.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to logistics operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics processes and tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics management or a related field.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing large teams and complex logistics operations is essential.

Languages:
Fluency in Ukrainian and English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages such as Russian or Polish is considered an asset.
