The MEAL Cohort is CARE’s internal technical consulting mechanism that provides on-demand MEAL support globally to projects, programs and country offices to strengthen MEAL capacities, fill capacity gaps, and provide specialized MEAL support to meet the project/ program requirements. This position is for the Middle East North Africa (MENA), Balkans and Caucasus regions, which consist of 12 countries.

Capacity Building and Training of CARE and partners’ staff On-demand MEAL technical assistanceQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in international development, Social Sciences, , Monitoring and Evaluation, or other related discipline. At least eight years of relevant professional experience (designing and implementing M&E systems) Extensive experience in planning/design, monitoring, results measurement, evaluation, accountability, information/knowledge management, and reporting Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and working with a broad range of stakeholders and partners Tech-savvy with intermediate skills with MS Office applications
