Job Overview: The position of Technicien(ne) Support Utilisateur Informatique is situated within the Logistics Department of Solidarités International. The individual in this role will work under the supervision of the support technician. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the installation and operational functionality of IT and telecommunication equipment (both hardware and software) related to the workplace. The technician will provide maintenance support (either remotely or on-site) as requested by users and will address any incidents that arise. Additionally, the technician will install and maintain various IT equipment used by the organization, participate in user support to ensure proper functioning and utilization of the equipment, and collaborate with the information systems team to propose improvements for the tools and equipment used by Solidarités International staff.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Technicien(ne) Support Utilisateur Informatique include: 1. Installing and ensuring the operational functionality of IT and telecommunication equipment. 2. Providing maintenance support for these devices, either remotely or on-site, as per user requests. 3. Addressing and resolving incidents related to IT equipment. 4. Maintaining various IT equipment in operational conditions. 5. Participating in user support to ensure the effective use of equipment. 6. Conducting monitoring and reporting on the performance of IT systems and equipment. 7. Collaborating with the information systems team to suggest improvements for the tools and equipment used by the organization. 8. Keeping abreast of technological advancements and best practices in IT support.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include: 1. A diploma in computer science at the Bac to Bac +2 level. 2. No prior experience is required, although a first experience in a company would be considered a plus. 3. Required knowledge in Windows 10/11 workstation administration. 4. Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration. 5. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. 6. Familiarity with video conferencing hardware would be an advantage. 7. Strong interpersonal skills, with a patient and pedagogical approach to user support.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a diploma in computer science, ideally at the Bac to Bac +2 level. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge necessary for the technical aspects of the role, including familiarity with various operating systems and IT infrastructure.
Experience: While no specific prior experience is required for this position, having a first experience in a corporate environment would be beneficial. This could include internships or previous roles that provided exposure to IT support functions and user assistance.
Languages: The mandatory language for this position is French, as it is essential for communication within the organization and with users. Proficiency in English is considered a plus, as it may facilitate communication with international teams and resources.
Additional Notes: This position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, accessible via Metro Mairie de Clichy. The contract is a permanent contract (CDI) with a gross monthly salary ranging from €2,508 to €2,612, depending on the applicable salary scale at the headquarters. There is an option for teleworking, allowing for 4 to 12 days of remote work per month, or 100% remote work with 3 mandatory in-person days each month, subject to agreement with the manager and in accordance with the telework charter. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 days of paid leave per month and 1 day of RTT (reduction of working time) for each complete month of work.
