Job Overview: The Accompanied - Spouse position is designed for individuals who will be working alongside their partners in a supportive role. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the primary employee, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing events.
Engage with local community members and organizations to foster relationships that benefit CARE's mission.
Participate in CARE events and initiatives, representing the organization positively.
Assist in the development and implementation of community outreach programs.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Support the primary employee in their role by providing feedback and insights from a community perspective.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills relevant to the position.
Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
