Job Overview: The Finance Officer (Partnership) plays a crucial role in supporting the Finance Department by managing the financial aspects of partnerships. Duties and Responsibilities: The Finance Officer (Partnership) will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: reviewing and verifying partner financial reports and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with NRC and donor requirements; processing and monitoring payments to implementing partners while ensuring timely financial postings in Agresso; supporting partnership agreement negotiations and monitoring financial compliance during project implementation; conducting financial capacity-building sessions and providing ongoing support to partners; performing partner financial monitoring activities and contributing to partner risk assessments; ensuring proper filing, scanning, and archiving of financial documentation in accordance with NRC procedures; preparing bank reconciliations and following up on payment-related issues with financial institutions; supporting audits, donor reporting, and financial reviews involving implementing partners; and contributing to the continuous improvement of partnership financial management tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
