Job Overview:
The role of Directeur ou Directrice Délégation Partenariats involves working under the supervision of the Communication and Development Director. The primary mission is to empower private engagement to contribute to global change, placing the individual at the heart of Action contre la Faim's 2026-2030 strategy. This position is crucial for mobilizing economic actors, including businesses and foundations, in the fight against hunger and malnutrition. Responsibilities include designing and steering partnership strategies, defining strategic visions for partnership development both in France and internationally, and ensuring sustainable growth and measurable impact. The role also emphasizes maximizing fundraising results and managing a portfolio of strategic partners through structured prospecting and retention actions, all while maintaining high-quality relationships and project relevance aligned with the organization's mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the position include:
  • Designing and implementing partnership strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Defining the vision and strategic orientations for developing partnerships with businesses and foundations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Accelerating fundraising efforts and maximizing results through effective management of a strategic partner portfolio.
  • Leading a dedicated team of approximately ten individuals, fostering autonomy, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinating activities closely with other departments at headquarters and the 25 country offices managed by Action contre la Faim France, ensuring an integrated and ambitious approach.
  • Monitoring and achieving fundraising objectives related to private financing while ensuring the quality of relationships and project alignment with the mission.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Management, Business Administration (MBA), Communication, Marketing, International Relations, International Cooperation, or Sustainable Development and CSR. A significant experience in developing high-value partnerships internationally is essential, along with a deep understanding of the private foundation market. Candidates should have substantial experience in developing partnerships, including prospecting and retaining major accounts (businesses and foundations) within an international NGO, humanitarian, or development context, or in an international agency focused on global solidarity. Additionally, experience in managing teams of more than ten individuals is required.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master's degree in relevant fields such as Management, Business Administration (MBA), Communication, Marketing, International Relations, International Cooperation, or Sustainable Development and CSR. Additional Notes:
This is a full-time, permanent position classified as a cadre (executive) role. The job is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France, with a salary range of €61,000 to €69,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a seniority bonus after three years of service, 25 days of annual leave, 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time), health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transportation allowances covering 50% of commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization. Telework is available for all employees within metropolitan territory, with mandatory in-office presence required for two days per month and additional days for collective meetings and integration.
