Job Overview: The position is situated within the Logistics Department, specifically in the Tools and Methods Logistics service. The primary responsibility is to exploit, enhance, and structure logistical data to produce reliable analyses and management tools, while also proposing optimizations for processes and logistical performance. The role involves improving the quality and structuring of logistical data, identifying and utilizing sources of logistical data (including information systems and Excel), mapping, conducting quality controls on data, reporting anomalies, optimizing processes/tools, applying and promoting best practices in data management, formalizing management rules (KPIs, indicators, reference frameworks), and implementing best practices for data structuring and transformation. Additionally, the role requires producing reports, maintaining existing reporting systems, and improving overall reporting capabilities. The position also supports the analysis of logistical performance and promotes a data culture among users at headquarters and field representatives, contributing to data and information systems projects that incorporate a data dimension.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Additionally, candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence with a focus on logistical data analysis, including areas such as transportation, warehousing, inventory management, forecasting, and operational performance. Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation, and reporting) and advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, and complex functions) are essential. Familiarity with SQL, Data Warehouses, and logistical tools such as ERP, WMS, or TMS is considered an asset. Candidates should be recognized for their rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in relevant fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence. Additional Notes: This is a full-time position classified as a cadre (executive) role with a permanent contract (CDI). The job is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France. The salary ranges from €2890 to €3500 gross monthly, depending on experience, with an additional seniority bonus after three years of service at the headquarters for CDI positions. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (or 19 days for autonomous executives). Health coverage and social security benefits are provided, with 80% coverage by Action contre la Faim. There are also salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed (50% of the commuting costs), and meal vouchers are provided with a 60% contribution from the organization. The organization supports teleworking for all employees within metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person attendance required except for collective meetings and events, which are limited to three days per month, and two mandatory days during the onboarding process.
