Job Overview: The role of the Coordinateur Fonctionnel Polaris et Odoo is to ensure the functional administration, evolution, user support, and data quality of the organization's financial applications and contract management systems. The position involves providing functional support to users of the defined applications, maintaining, evolving, and optimizing these applications, and contributing to project realization in support of project managers. Providing functional support to users of the defined applications, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to utilize the systems effectively.
Maintaining and optimizing the applications within the defined scope, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Contributing to project realization by supporting project managers in the implementation of new features or systems.
Analyzing incidents and changes, managing them effectively to minimize disruption to users.

Utilizing reporting and Business Intelligence tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Diagnosing anomalies and resolving complex problems related to the applications.

Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the position include:
A Master's degree in Finance, Management, Political Science, or a related field with a strong interest in digital topics.
Proven experience working in an NGO environment is essential, with a solid understanding of NGO financing, accounting, and budget management.
A good grasp of general and analytical accounting principles.
Mastery of budget management concepts and cycles.
Understanding of institutional financing management and the lifecycle of funding and partnership contracts.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage incidents and changes effectively.

Additional Notes: The position is classified as a Cadre Intégré, Class 3, and is a full-time permanent contract (CDI). The salary ranges from €41,000 to €53,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with additional benefits such as a seniority bonus after three years of service. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time). Health coverage is provided, with 80% of costs covered by Action contre la Faim. There are also provisions for salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed, and meal vouchers are provided. The organization supports remote work, allowing employees to work from home within metropolitan France, with a requirement for in-office presence four days a month for team integration and collective meetings.
