Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Management Associate include a comprehensive set of tasks that are essential for effective procurement and logistics management. Key responsibilities include:
Procurement Services: Providing specialized transactional and strategic procurement support services, ensuring consistency and quality in work processes. This involves registering vendors, creating contracts and purchase orders, drafting Letters of Intent, and generating statistical reports. The associate will also respond to queries from project personnel and clients regarding procurement matters and undertake routine follow-ups on procurement activities.
Contract Administration and Logistics Services: Maintaining monitoring tools for contract management and logistics activities, supporting the monitoring of shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and government offices for customs clearance. The associate will ensure the correctness of shipping documents, process entry and exit clearances for shipments, and monitor the offloading of goods.
Knowledge Building and Sharing: Collecting feedback and internal knowledge about processes and best practices, and supporting the organization of training initiatives for personnel on supply chain management.
Additional Tasks: Performing any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the Supply Chain Management Associate position include a combination of educational background, experience, and skills.
