Job Overview:
The Infrastructure Analyst (Kubernetes Expert) will report to the Head of Department and is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, administration, and evolution of all systems, servers, networks, and components of INTERPOL's IT infrastructure. This role involves managing systems hosted in the organization's data centers and remote sites, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs). The position requires a proactive approach to infrastructure management, utilizing Site Reliability Engineering principles to implement procedures and automated tasks for the private cloud. The analyst will also collaborate with Infrastructure Architects on annual roadmap projects, ensuring continuous improvement and the implementation of new systems, including hardware and software, while managing the complete lifecycle of the IT environment through automation tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties of the Infrastructure Analyst include: 1) Infrastructure Operations: Implementing procedures and automated tasks to manage the private cloud, troubleshooting systems infrastructure, and providing technical guidance to technicians. 2) Infrastructure Improvements: Collaborating with Infrastructure Architects on roadmap projects, implementing new systems, and managing automation tools. 3) Infrastructure Support: Providing level 2 and level 3 support, resolving incidents in production, responding to Service Desk tickets, and ensuring documentation and standard operating procedures are up to date. The analyst may also participate in a 24x7 on-call duty rotation and perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of three to four years of education at a university or specialized higher education institution. If the candidate does not meet the educational requirement, at least ten years of experience in the relevant area is required. Additionally, candidates should possess specific skills in Kubernetes and Linux, containerization and networking, reliability and observability, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security and access control, and automation and platform operations.

Educational Background:
A university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required. Candidates with specialized higher education in IT or related disciplines will be preferred.

Experience:
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in building, configuring, and managing enterprise infrastructure, particularly in end-user environments, virtual desktop solutions, and mobile device management. If the educational qualifications are not met, a total of ten years of relevant experience is necessary.

Languages:
A working knowledge of English is required, with fluency in English being highly desirable. Proficiency in a second official language of the organization, such as Arabic, French, or Spanish, would be considered an additional asset.

Additional Notes:
The position is a fixed-term contract lasting 36 months, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Candidates must provide official proof of employment for all professional experience. Tests and interviews will occur approximately 2-3 weeks after the application deadline, and selected candidates are expected to report for duty within two to three months after receiving an employment offer.
