Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide safe transportation for authorized personnel, ensuring adherence to UN safety and security protocols.

• Meet official personnel and visitors at airports or other entry points, providing assistance with visa and customs formalities.
• Maintain accurate vehicle log books and report on mechanical status to ensure efficient vehicle use.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary travel authorizations and supplies.
• Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established rules for field deliveries and report any incidents or accidents immediately.
• Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining stores when required.
• Assist with the delivery and collection of various items, including mailing services and payment of office bills.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and certification to operate assigned vehicles in accordance with local regulations. A demonstrated safe driving record is essential, along with knowledge of driving rules, local roads, and security issues. Candidates should exhibit a client-oriented approach, high sense of responsibility, courtesy, and tact. Educational Background:
