The consultant will be responsible for conducting ex post evaluations of TA projects, which involves assessing the effectiveness and impact of these interventions after their completion. This role requires close coordination with the National Designated Entity (NDE) of Chile and involves engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on the TA projects. The consultant will also be tasked with developing a comprehensive database to track participant responses and outcomes from each TA intervention, ensuring that all relevant data is systematically organized and accessible for analysis. Additionally, the consultant will create reports detailing the status of action items for each project, highlighting challenges faced and lessons learned throughout the process. This position is expected to last for four months and is pivotal in ensuring that the CTCN's initiatives in Chile are effectively monitored and evaluated, contributing to the overall goals of sustainability and climate resilience in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Technical Assistance Implementation Monitoring Specialist include:

• Supporting the development of a comprehensive database that captures participant responses and feedback for each TA intervention, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
• Developing a detailed plan for the post-intervention evaluation of TA projects, outlining methodologies and timelines for assessments.
• Creating reports that summarize the status of action items for each TA project, providing stakeholders with clear updates on progress and outstanding tasks.
• Compiling a document that outlines the challenges encountered and lessons learned from each completed TA project, which will serve as a valuable resource for future initiatives.
• Reviewing deliverables, including completion reports, and providing constructive recommendations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of outputs.
• Conducting local and regional intelligence gathering to inform project strategies and decision-making processes.
• Monitoring the CTCN post-TA pipeline in Chile, ensuring that follow-up actions are taken and that projects are aligned with national priorities and sustainability goals.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a university degree in Government and Public Administration or a related field. A master's degree in environmental science, innovation, or a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
