Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Officer include managing the end-to-end processes for residency, work permits, national IDs, and visas for expatriate staff and their dependents. The officer will coordinate customs clearance for shipments, arrange telecommunication requirements, and maintain accurate records of expatriate-related documentation. Responsibilities also include overseeing drivers' schedules, managing internal and external correspondence, and providing translations as needed. The officer will assist with the translation of publications, liaise with Communications for accuracy on internet and intranet pages, and function as the Records ManagementCoordinator. Additionally, the officer will manipulate data and produce reports through systems like SAP, coordinate facilities for meetings, prepare presentations, and manage travel arrangements according to EBRD policy. Diary management and providing ad hoc support to team members are also key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Administrative Officer position must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline. Extensive relevant experience in expatriate administration, official/government liaison, logistics, or administrative support roles is essential.
