Job Overview:
The analyst" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Assistant Analyst position is integral to the Business Development Unit (BDU) within the EBRD. This role is designed to provide proactive research and analytical support to team members in headquarters, ensuring that the Bank's business development efforts are systematic and strategic. The Assistant Analyst will contribute to the preparation of marketing materials for high-level meetings, maintain essential databases, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. The position requires a strong focus on detail and the ability to work under pressure, as well as a commitment to the Bank's values of inclusiveness, innovation, trust, and responsibility. The role also involves assisting in the coordination of conferences and events, which requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: contributing to the preparation of marketing business development visits for senior management; researching, analyzing, and preparing marketing materials such as comprehensive briefing packs and presentations; maintaining and updating essential marketing materials and databases; ensuring timely responses to project inquiries; preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials for meetings; assisting with the coordination of conferences and events; and obtaining appropriate sign-offs on documents. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining the quality and accessibility of information and responding to requests in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or business, with a Master’s degree being desirable. Experience in corporate or business development, marketing, and research from a leading investment, merchant, or commercial organization is essential. A broad understanding of the banking project cycle and marketing principles is advantageous. Familiarity with the Bank's procedures and rules is also beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered an asset, indicating a higher level of expertise and understanding of complex business and financial concepts. Experience:
