Job Overview: The Senior Global Recruiting Manager will lead a team of Global Recruiting Partners and oversee talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions, including Africa, Asia, and Europe. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the foundation's mission and strategic priorities. The manager will act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, ensuring that talent needs are anticipated and met effectively. Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Global Recruiters, fostering a high-performing culture and aligning individual goals with organizational priorities.
Serve as a strategic advisor to regional leaders and HR partners, developing talent acquisition strategies that meet division priorities.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with regional teams and hiring managers.
Develop and implement strategies to diversify and expand the talent pipeline.
Engage in talent strategy discussions and hiring meetings to understand position requirements and define specifications.
Implement talent acquisition strategies related to candidate development, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with HR partners on talent gaps and succession planning.
Utilize data and analytics to create a long-term hiring plan for executive roles. 1

Share best practices with the recruiting team and participate in special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 2-4 years in-house experience in the private sector, consulting, or nonprofit organizations.
Proven track record of managing complex regional and global recruitment across various functions and seniority levels.
Minimum of 2 years leading executive-level searches with a focus on attracting diverse talent.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to navigate complex environments.
Experience using data and analytics to develop hiring plans.
Excellent judgment and ability to handle complex issues and competing priorities.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline is required. Equivalent experience may also be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2-4 years in an in-house role. Experience in managing complex recruitment processes across various regions and functions is essential, along with a proven ability to lead executive-level searches and attract diverse talent.
