Job Overview: The position of Asistente Técnico de Recursos Humanos is crucial for supporting the daily activities of the Human Resources department within the NCA&M Country Office. The role involves assisting in onboarding processes, ensuring Duty of Care, managing contractual matters for national staff, and overseeing visa processes for international staff. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Asistente Técnico de Recursos Humanos include ensuring compliance with NRC policies, tools, manuals, and guidelines. The individual will implement delegated support functions as per the action plan, prepare monthly payroll updates for consolidation with the Honduras payroll, and assist in coordinating with local entities for staff affiliations. The role also involves monitoring vacation reports, compensatory leave, mandatory courses, and timesheets for the Country Office and other offices. The Asistente Técnico will maintain an updated inventory of visibility materials and ensure proper allocation for new staff kits and other personnel changes. In terms of recruitment and onboarding, the individual will support the recruitment plan implementation, conduct onboarding processes for new employees, prepare necessary documentation for hiring, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. Other responsibilities include preparing correspondence related to HR, supporting the development of HR reports and analyses, and managing legal processes for international staff migration. The Asistente Técnico will also be responsible for any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to meet the objectives of the role.
