Job Overview:
The position of International English Content Writer and Editor at UNICEF Indonesia is crucial for enhancing communication and advocacy efforts aimed at promoting child rights. The consultancy is remote, but the consultant must be available during Jakarta working hours to facilitate effective collaboration with local staff. Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will be tasked with producing, editing, and ensuring the quality of communication materials, which may include web articles, press releases, human interest stories, and social media content. Responsibilities include:

  • Writing and editing content that adheres to UNICEF's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Strong writing and editing skills are essential, along with the ability to produce compelling communication materials. Experience in strategic communication and advocacy, as well as audience mapping and content strategy development, is highly desirable. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly with various stakeholders.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree in a relevant field such as journalism, communications, international relations, human rights, political science, or international development is required for this position.
