Duties and Responsibilities:

The individual will support the implementation of the support function portfolio as per the action plan, prepare and develop status reports required by management, and ensure proper filing of documents. Specific responsibilities include efficiently managing properties, including searching, contracting, monitoring, renewing, renegotiating, and concluding contracts while optimizing resources and fulfilling obligations. The role also involves ensuring connectivity services, maintaining databases, managing travel service requests, overseeing office supplies, and conducting induction processes for new staff. Additionally, the Asistente Técnico/a Administrativo will handle migration processes for international staff, manage billing reports, and support the preparation of reports requested by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Asistente Técnico/a Administrativo position should possess a background in administration or related fields, ideally as a technologist or a final semester student. Previous work experience, whether through internships or university practices, is essential. Candidates should have experience in support functions within humanitarian contexts, particularly in complex and changing environments. A basic understanding of the English language is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office programs such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
