Additionally, the role involves supporting MCD-wide Policy Group coordination, assisting with action items, meetings, events, and papers throughout the review and publication process. The coordinator will also be responsible for managing logistics for Spring and Annual Meetings, drafting and proofreading documents, providing guidance on administrative processes, and mentoring junior administrative staff. The ability to anticipate routine issues, improve work processes, and provide backup support to Front Office coordinators is also essential.
