Job Overview:
The internship-position" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">internship position is situated within the Marketing Department of Humanité & Inclusion, where the intern will be directly attached to the Fundraising Directorate. The primary objective of this internship is to assist the marketing team in implementing their multichannel campaigns. This includes validating communication materials, controlling data, monitoring budgets, and conducting phone surveys. The intern will also support the donor relations service by proofreading and preparing correspondence for donors. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for tracking ongoing benchmarks related to fundraising cycles, analyzing the data, and providing recommendations to enhance the service's effectiveness. This role is designed for motivated students who are eager to contribute their energy to a meaningful cause, particularly in the context of humanitarian work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist marketing officers in the implementation of multichannel campaigns, including the validation of communication materials and monitoring of budgets.
  • Conduct data control and ensure accuracy in marketing communications.
  • Support the donor relations service by proofreading and preparing letters for donors.
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing benchmarks related to fundraising cycles, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving marketing strategies and donor engagement.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and donor communications.
  • Engage in various administrative tasks as required to support the marketing department.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a BAC+3 level diploma or training in marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and especially Excel is mandatory. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working with numbers. Strong organizational skills, commitment, versatility, and autonomy are essential traits for this role. A sensitivity to the NGO sector is also crucial, as the organization values candidates who are passionate about humanitarian work. Educational Background:

  • Interns will receive a monthly stipend of €693 for full-time engagement over six months. Additional benefits include meal vouchers valued at €8.96 (with 60% covered by the employer and 40% by the intern), and a 50% contribution towards public transport subscriptions. The workplace is accessible via public transport, with facilities for bicycles and parking available.
