Job Overview:
The position of Comptable Fournisseurs is crucial within the organization, especially in the context of harmonizing accounting processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception, control, dematerialization of invoices, integration, and accounting across multiple entities in France, Europe, and internationally. This role is set in a highly digitalized environment, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and the dematerialization tool Yooz. The primary objectives include ensuring the accuracy and compliance of supplier invoices, managing workflows, and contributing to the reliability of processes while improving the Procure-to-Pay flow in an international context.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Comptable Fournisseurs will report to the Accounting Department and will handle a multi-company and multi-country scope. Key responsibilities include: receiving, controlling, and processing supplier invoices that are dematerialized via Yooz; verifying the compliance of invoices (legal mentions, VAT, currencies, payment terms); indexing, managing validation workflows, and monitoring approval circuits; integrating and accounting for invoices in Navision, including accounting and analytical allocations; managing supplier disputes (discrepancies, credits, duplicates, VAT) in collaboration with internal teams; monitoring supplier accounts, reconciliation, and analysis of aged balances; participating in accounting closures (accruals, provisions, account justification); and contributing to the reliability of processes and continuous improvement of the Procure-to-Pay flow in an international context.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bac +2/3 in accounting/management (such as BTS CG, DUT GEA, DCG, or a Bachelor's degree). A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in supplier accounting is required. Experience in a dematerialized environment is essential, and experience in a multi-company/multi-site environment would be an advantage. A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required for written and oral communication with foreign contacts.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bac +2/3 in accounting or management. Relevant qualifications such as BTS CG, DUT GEA, DCG, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field are necessary to ensure the candidate has the foundational knowledge and skills required for the role.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have between 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in supplier accounting. This experience should ideally include working in a digitalized environment, which is crucial for the role, as well as familiarity with multi-company and multi-site operations, which would be considered a plus.

Languages:
The mandatory language for this position is French, as it is the primary language of communication within the organization. Additionally, a good command of English at a minimum B2 level is required for effective communication with international stakeholders. Knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset but is not mandatory.

Additional Notes:
This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) from October 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with a starting salary of 30K € gross annually. The position offers a cadre status, 34 days of paid leave, and 13 RTT days annually, along with a CET to help balance professional and personal life.
