Job Overview:
The Program Officer, Knowledge Management and AI Enablement plays a crucial role in managing diverse data assets and transforming complex information into structured systems that can be utilized by AI systems within the Communications Division. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Officer will design and construct data infrastructure to facilitate the development and application of advanced AI tools, which includes creating data pipelines, governance frameworks, and documentation. They will enable AI readiness by working with various data types, including communications data such as media monitoring and public opinion research, ensuring that data is cataloged, coded, tagged, and organized for usability in AI-enabled analysis and reporting. The officer will prepare data for analytical investigations, apply quantitative analytical tools to support evaluation and insight generation, and utilize contemporary AI tools to enhance data analysis and knowledge management workflows.
